Our prices are in Pounds (Sterling) and do not include local sales tax and import duty. Our ‘Try Before You Buy’ opportunity is limited to the UK mainland and is at our discretion. Payments

At checkout, payment options are handled by secure third-party payment platforms for credit card, debit card, and PayPal accounts. If you wish to send payments by bank transfer arrangements, please contact us to reserve an item and obtain our business bank details. Purchases via this means will be dispatched once a bank transfer has been received.

Packaging and Delivery Costs

Each item is carefully hand-packed and posted in discreet padded envelopes. So, if it is a surprise gift, it will remain confidential. Standard Delivery by Royal Mail 48hr with tracking service is FREE in the UK. Royal Mail 24hr tracking in the UK is £5.00. Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm next working day in the UK is £10.00.

Order Cancellation

Website Items

If you change your mind after placing an order for a website item, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch the items by contacting us via email or phone from the Contact Us link. Please remember to provide your name, address, and order details. Once it has been dispatched, any items will need to be returned as soon as possible in an unworn state (See our return policy below).

Personalised Items/Commissions

Once an order has been agreed to supply an item personalised to style, material content, or size, a non-refundable deposit will be required in case of cancellation.

Our items are made to the highest standards and are guaranteed against all manufacturing defects.

Return Policy

Website Items

We accept notified unworn items for return with a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Such items should be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items purchased from 1st November as gifts may be returned up until 10th January in an unworn state.

Personalised Items

Any item supplied to a customer’s requirement may not be returned for a full refund unless there are manufacturing defects that cannot be rectified.

Alternative Metals, Stones or Ring Sizes for a specific Design

Some items in the shop can be made to order using alternative metals such as silver, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold, platinum, etc. Depending on budget and availability, different types and colours of gemstones can be substituted, and ring size can be changed as required. A revised cost for the chosen elements and estimated time for delivery will be provided. Please keep in mind that most of our products are hand-made or finished, requiring considerable time, effort, skill, and equipment to achieve highly desirable products.
